The work of God’s church is not a spectator sport!
It’s a thrilling adventure that inspires each member of the community to identify how they can steward their time, gifts, abilities, and passions God has graced them with for the benefit of the whole body. Emmaus is dependent on the hard work and dedication of people just like you who’ve found great joy and purpose volunteering for one of the service or ministry teams listed.
Communion
Team members serve two to three times a month. Several people assist in serving Communion every Sunday Service.
Emmaus Kids
Team members serve once or twice a month caring for our community’s kids and shepherding them to be worshippers of God. Please consider serving as a teacher or a helper in any of our four Emmaus Kids spaces: Nursery (0-3yrs,) Preschool-Kindergarten (3-5yrs,) Kindergarten-1st Grade (4-6yrs,) and 2nd-5th Grade (7-11yrs.).
Middle School Ministry (Ignite)
We have a great group of students that are pursuing their faith at Emmaus. We also have a great group of adult leaders who have committed to walking with them on their journey.
The Foundry

Prayer Line
Prayer is a vital part of life in our community. As needs are brought to our attention, (mostly via email) we immediately lift the request up in prayer. Commitment & Confidentiality are a priority!
Women’s Ministry
Are you interested in hosting a gathering of women, bringing food for events or helping to plan retreats?
High School Ministry (Ember)
We have a great group of students that are pursuing their faith at Emmaus. We also have a great group of adult leaders who have committed to walking with them on their journey.
Food
Prepare coffee and food about one Sunday a month. Be there early to set up and stay after the gathering to clean up.
Greeters
Come help greet on Sunday mornings and meet lots of people! The team members serve 2 weeks every other month.
Prayer
Minister to our community by praying for people’s needs under the Prayer Tent on Sunday mornings during worship.
Ushers
Our team of Ushers greet people as they enter the worship gathering on Sunday mornings and ensure they find a seat. During the gathering the Ushers pass out Bibles and notes pages and take the offering.
