Sunday marked the first day of our new Sunday morning format for Emmaus Kids! During the church gathering, Children’s Chapel is offered for kids ages 3 to 10 in the library. A nursery is available for the little ones ages 6 months to 2 years in the teachers’ lounge. Both rooms will be ready for children at 9:45 to allow time for parents to do drop offs before the start of church (at 10:00).
At the passing of the peace, parents will have the option of signing their children out to attend the rest of the service together. Children not signed out will attend the new Bonus Round. This portion of our kids’ program will offer crafts and activities that reinforce the teachings of both the chapel and church gathering.
