Lament Gathering

Tuesday, December 9 at 7 p.m. we will gather at the Emmaus Theater to slow down for a simple service, a time to remember and lament loss, and to rest in the hope that God meets us even in the silence. Please consider making space to join the community on this night. 

Flourish: Women’s Fall Dinner

Women of Emmaus are invited to a night of delicious Italian food, beautiful live music, meaningful sharing on what it means to flourish, and plenty of time to connect with others.

The Practice of Prayer

Emmaus Men’s Retreat

Join men from our community for a weekend of rest, fun, and helpful conversation about navigating change. The event runs from Friday evening to Sunday lunch, but there’s also a Saturday morning arrival option. Make this weekend a priority! You, and those who count on you, will be glad you did!

Babies & Children Dedications

On September 14 and on October 26 we have reserved time during the Sunday gatherings for families to dedicate their children to God. This is a time set apart for parents to publicly declare their intention by saying, “With God’s help, we want to guide this child toward knowing and loving Him.” If you have questions, you can reach out to Pastor Angela at angela@emmaus.church

Women’s Community Chili Cook-Off & Axe Throwing

Join the women of Emmaus for an afternoon of fun, food, and friendly competition at 4 pm at the Wallace/Regan property! Bring a chili to share or come ready to taste and vote. Axe throwing instruction is provided—no experience necessary. 

New to Emmaus

Are you new or kind of new to Emmaus? Do you want to know more about Emmaus? We would love for you to come join us in an informal get together with the pastoral staff and get to know you better.  We will be meeting at the Cottage, 553 F Street on October 19 after the 11a gathering, around 12:30.  We hope you can join us!
